Short description: The program is intended for young artists who have outstanding achievements in the field of art they practice - film, photography, literature, music, visual arts, dance or theatre. The scholarship may be used for the implementation of one's own artistic project, the purchase of instruments and equipment necessary for work, for studies and residencies abroad.

How to apply: Formal and substantive requirements The scholarship application consists of:
1) Printout of the Confirmation of submission of the application, handwritten by the Applicant.
2) scans of the originals of the recommendation:
- a minimum number of two recommendations is required,
- recommendations should be issued by persons recognized as authorities in a given area field,
- recommendations must be issued in the year of submitting the application,
- the recommendation must contain: Applicant's data (name and surname), date issuing a recommendation, data of the recommending person (name and surname), handwritten signature of the person issuing the recommendation, the content of the recommendation,
- recommendations should be prepared using a form recommendation.
- in the case of translating foreign-language recommendations into Polish, it is not required sworn translations,
3) If the scholarship is related to a stay abroad, it is required scan upload:
- in the case of an invitation by a specific creator - a written declaration of readiness admission to the artistic care of a person applying for a scholarship:
- this document should contain the time frame of the stay, the person's details taking care of the scholarship holder,
- this document should be translated into Polish by a translator sworn,
- in the case of institutions - confirmation of student status by a foreign institution institution, containing the time frame of stay:
- this document should be translated into Polish by a translator jury;
4) electronic medium (CD/DVD, pendrive) containing the portfolio Applicants - material documenting the Applicant's own creative output, which is the basis for assessing his skills or the ability to perform the Project Scholarship as part of the scholarship (e.g. selected films, exhibition catalogues individual, photographs, music, publications, published excerpts songs, reviews), where:
- The applicant should sign the electronic medium with the SOP number, name and name,
- the medium should contain one folder with a name consisting of the name and surname,
- folder should not contain subfolders,
- the volume of materials stored on an electronic medium may not exceed 300MB,

Category: Thanks to Warsaw's support, artists can carry out their projects in eight fields: film, literature, music, preservation of monuments, dance, theatre, visual arts and design, and dissemination of culture. Kosciuszko Foundation (KF) Exchange Program to the United States

Category: Arts in general, as well as Humanities, Law and Economy, Sciences. There are no restrictions to fields of study/research.

Grant Amount: Monthly grant amount is usually around $4,000 per month to cover living/accommodation costs and may depend on the location. KF Fellowships and KF Grants are awarded for up to 6 months; only KF Teaching Fellowships are awarded for up to 9 months.

Requirements: Only Polish citizens and “Karta Polaka” holders permanently residing in Poland are eligible. Poles living outside of Poland may NOT participate in this program.
Dual citizens (the United States and Poland) as well as individuals holding the United States permanent residency status (Green Card) are not eligible. Applicants must hold at least M.A. or M.S. degree. The preference is given to doctoral or postdoctoral candidates. Candidates need to submit a certificate of employment or enrollment in doctoral studies issued by a Polish academic institution. Applicants must have strong English language proficiency, sufficient to participate effectively in formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics and to carry out the proposed study/research. English proficiency will be assessed during personal interviews in Warsaw. An applicant has to be eligible for the U.S. exchange visitor J-1 visa.

Kultura Mobilna (Culture of Mobility)

Grant Amount: The maximum amount of support is 3000 PLN gross.

Requirements: Applicants: All adult persons with full capacity, acting individually or associated in informal groups, actively involved in the cultural field of Wrocław and Lower Silesia, regardless of their origin and citizenship. The Programme is aimed at artists, curators, managers, activists, animators, researchers, etc. The Culture of Mobility programme may not be used by these associations, foundations and cultural institutions, as well as people for whom the scope of the Project is the same as the scope of their duties resulting from their contracts with entities organised by the City of Wrocław, or whose activities concerning the scope of the project are financed by the City of Wrocław.

- The music group composed of Karol Knapiński, Olgierd Żemojtel, Karolina Kułaga, Jan Styczyński and Michał Kram went to Italy to perform a concert at Politecnico di Torino using networked music performance technology;
- Ula Gołdasz went to Barcelona to design and make glass elements of costumes for a dance performance;
- Tomasz Opania organized a two-month solo exhibition: "BETTER IT WAS ALREADY" at the Midway Gallery in Boston (USA).

Funding Cycle: Artists can apply during every call for applications announced in a given year. The number of calls vary and needs to be checked every year.
Example: Three calls were planned for 2021 (with deadlines on April 15, June 15 and September 15), although in 2023 the one and only deadline (for the time being) was February 26.
Moreover, the Culture of Mobility Programme has an annual budget, which means that only mobilities lasting no longer then till December of a given year are able to receive a grant.

Short description: Culture of Mobility is a programme carried out by Culture Zone Wrocław, which aims to support the mobility of artists and promote artists and culture professionals from Wrocław and Lower Silesia abroad.
The Culture of Mobility Programme supports mobility related to the following projects: - artistic, literary and musical residencies;
- carrying out art projects abroad;
- participation at art fairs, exhibitions, concerts, conferences, network meetings;
- networking trips (with a precise schedule of meetings with specific entities).

Requirements: 1. REQUIREMENTS OF PARTICIPANTS
-Participants may be both natural and legal persons.
-The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The calendar year in which this call is published must be used as a reference.
-Legal persons must be legally established.
-Groups of natural or legal persons may also apply for a public or private grant, even if they do not have legal personality.

2. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
For all modalities, proposals submitted must meet the following requirements:

Short description: PURPOSE AND PURPOSE OF THE CALL
These grants are intended to help maintain the cultural and scientific dynamism of the city by providing resources for the development of artistic research and innovation processes.

The "Barcelona crea" grants are intended to support pre-production processes that accompany the creation of artistic proposals (conceptualisation, gestation, research, experimentation, documentation and testing...) in the modalities of literature, music, audiovisuals, scripts, popular cultures, performing arts scenic, visual arts, community creation and proposals that combine art and science.

In case of obtaining one of the "Beca+", the beneficiary persons or entities will be provided with a free space in one of the cultural facilities of the city's network of Creation Factories of the city for a period of two weeks and a maximum of 3 months.

How to apply: Steps: 1) Read the funding conditions carefully. 2) Download and read the general bases that regulate the Barcelona Crea grant/scholarship. 3) After reading the given documents, assess whether you and your proposal meet the requirements. 4) If you meet all the requirements, start gathering the necessary documents.
